A separate account for your adventures
Your QueenGenshin account is separate from HoYoverse. Never enter a game password or game cookies on this website. We use your verified email for account access and recovery.
In Settings, you can enable an authenticator for two-step sign-in. Save the one-use recovery codes privately: resetting your password does not remove the authenticator requirement. Administrators must verify with an authenticator or recovery code before opening administration, and confirm again before sensitive access changes.
Your inventory belongs to your account
Signed-in members can access their own saved inventory, plans and wish history. The administration interface manages access and usage without displaying members’ inventories or AI conversations. Messages you send to Contact us are shared with the owner and approved administrators; submitted guide feedback is reviewed by the owner.
The service operator maintains the server and its backups. This is not end-to-end encrypted storage. HTTPS protects information as it travels between your browser and the website; encrypted backups protect stored recovery copies.
You choose your connected tools
Pairing the Windows helper grants it access to supported account-sync functions for your account. Use Account security in Settings to disconnect every paired helper. Password recovery also disconnects them and ends existing browser sessions. You can pair your helper again when you are ready.
Guides and ordinary planning do not require AI. AI Coach is optional and has separate sharing controls. Review the context you allow it to share with the configured provider before using it.
Export or remove your information
Settings includes personal data export and account deletion. Deletion removes access immediately. If file removal is delayed, it remains queued for retry and is not reported as finished prematurely. The platform owner must arrange ownership continuity before deleting the owner account.
Encrypted server backups expire within 30 days. Minimal deletion receipts are kept for up to 90 days to help prevent deleted information from returning during recovery. Minimal security events record sign-in checks and privileged actions without passwords, authenticator codes or helper tokens.

A beta with clear limits
Security checks cover account isolation, permissions, recovery and data controls. QueenGenshin remains a private beta; these checks are not a certification or a guarantee that every risk has been eliminated.
