Privacy & credits

QueenGenshin is an independent private-beta companion created by Queen Cath. This page describes the current product’s data handling.

Invitation requests

We collect your email address to verify and review an access request and deliver an approved invitation. We do not add it to marketing. Unconfirmed requests are removed after 24 hours; confirmed requests expire and are removed after 90 days. Your private email link lets you see status or withdraw the request. Withdrawal revokes an unused invitation. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.

Your account and inventory

Your account stores imported inventory snapshots, preferences, goals, practice records and conversations you choose to save. Other members cannot access these. The owner’s administration page manages access and usage; it does not display members’ inventory or conversations. The service operator maintains the server and its backups.

Settings provides personal data export and account deletion. Account email is used for verification and password recovery. Email delivery providers process these transactional messages. We do not request your HoYoverse password or game cookies on the website.

Optional AI

Ordinary guides and planning do not need AI. AI Coach requires its account and sharing controls to be enabled. Review the sharing explanation before using it; only the context for that feature should be sent to the configured provider.

Practice and feedback

Private lesson drafts expire after 90 days and submitted feedback after 180 days. Withdrawal removes report content and keeps a minimal retry receipt for up to 30 days. Reports are not proof that a guide has been independently gameplay-tested.

Public pages

Only public information pages are intended for search engines. Personal inventory, request status links, sign-in actions and account APIs are excluded from indexing and protected where authentication is required. The public request form uses rate limits and an anti-spam field. It does not need analytics or advertising trackers.
