HELP, ONE STEP AT A TIME
Let’s get you
unstuck.
Open the question that sounds familiar. If it does not solve it, we want to hear from you.
How do I refresh my inventory?
- Open the paired Windows helper on the PC where Genshin is installed. Leave it open.
- On QueenGenshin, open Settings → Account sync and choose “Refresh my account”.
- Wait for the helper to say “Ready to open Genshin”. Fully close and reopen the game, then enter the world on the paired account.
- Wait for the saved-update confirmation, then review Inventory. You do not need to pair again each time.
A phone can show your saved inventory. The Windows helper and a fresh game login are still needed for this refresh.
The helper says it is waiting for my inventory
- If the game is still loading, finish entering the world. Keep the helper and game open.
- A detected game connection does not mean an inventory has been saved. Wait for the helper’s next instruction.
- If it says the login could not be read, fully close Genshin, request a new refresh in Settings, wait for “Ready to open Genshin”, then reopen it once.
- If the same failure returns, send the exact visible message through Contact us. Repeated restarts may not solve it.
If the helper says it is checking whether an update was saved, check the saved result before starting another refresh. A failed read keeps the previous inventory.
Why are Primogems or wish history missing?
- The Wishes balance uses confirmed quantities from your saved inventory by default. Unknown means the quantity has not been confirmed; it does not mean zero.
- To plan with the quantities you can see in Genshin, untick “Use my synced inventory” and enter them yourself. This does not change your game account.
- Wish history is separate. You can currently import an existing UIGF history export. Automatic wish-history collection is coming, but is not connected yet.
Pink wishes, blue wishes and Primogems remain separate. Recent spending or earnings may not be in a saved snapshot.
Does a promising artifact mean I should swap it?
- Choose the character and how you want to use them first.
- Read why the piece was shown, then check the other four pieces and the set effect required by that guide.
- Check whether someone else is wearing it. Keep their equipment in place unless you deliberately choose to change both builds.
- Use the available full-build comparison or a comparable team practice test before treating it as an upgrade.
A guide match is a clue, not proof of more damage. Some characters or effects cannot be fully calculated here.
I cannot copy or use my invitation code
- Use Copy code beside the invitation. If copying is blocked, use Select code, then your phone’s Copy action.
- Use an invitation code to create a QueenGenshin account. A helper pairing code is different and belongs in the Windows helper.
- If your email-approved invitation expired, use your private request-status link to check the available next step, or contact Queen Cath.
Keep your invitation and pairing codes private. Requesting access does not automatically approve an account.
A guide seems wrong or the buttons do not match
- Choose your control format: PC, mobile, PlayStation or Xbox. If you remapped controls, use your own bindings.
- Check the selected character, Traveler element and playstyle. A different role can need a different lesson.
- In a team lesson, use its feedback option to say which action was confusing or did not work. Otherwise, contact Queen Cath with the character, team and step.
You do not need to know the correct answer to report a problem. Describe what you expected and what happened.
Are events and rewards updated automatically?
- Daily rewards → Events checks Genshin’s official English website every six hours. Open a notice to see its official details.
- Posted dates are announcement dates. Check the game’s Events menu for your server’s schedule and requirements.
- For now, daily check-in and code redemption use the linked official HoYoverse pages. Automatic claiming is planned and is not active yet.
Some HoYoLAB-only notices may not appear. Your event progress and claimed rewards are not read by this page.
Where will I see a reply to my message?
