First time: connect the helper

1. Sign in to QueenGenshin and open Settings → Account sync. Get the account helper from the website.
2. Open the helper on your Windows PC. Choose Check this PC and follow its preparation instructions.
3. Use Open official sign-in, then Find my linked accounts. Select the Genshin account you want to use.
4. In QueenGenshin Settings, enter that account’s UID and server, confirm ownership and create the pairing code. Paste it into the helper and choose Pair this helper.

You normally pair once for this connection. Your HoYoverse password belongs only in its official sign-in window.

Each refresh: wait for the ready message

1. Open the paired Windows helper on the PC where Genshin is installed. Leave it open.
2. On QueenGenshin, open Settings → Account sync and choose “Refresh my account”.
3. Wait for the helper to say “Ready to open Genshin”. Fully close and reopen the game, then enter the world on the paired account.
4. Wait for the saved-update confirmation, then review Inventory. You do not need to pair again each time.

Check the saved result

Open Inventory and look at the latest update and any coverage notes. The website shows a saved snapshot. If you use materials or change equipment afterward, the saved quantities may differ from the game until another successful refresh.

A UID alone does not provide the full inventory. Missing information stays unknown where it has not been confirmed. Supported inventory-file imports remain available in Settings.

If it does not finish

Follow the helper’s recovery instruction. If it asks you to check whether an update was saved, do that before starting another one. If the same login-read failure returns after one careful retry, contact Queen Cath with the exact message.
